(From Leslee: I’ve been corresponding privately with someone who’s just awakened and is trying to sort through a boatload of experiences he’s having, as well as all the material that’s out here on the web. The post below is adapted from one of the replies I sent him; I realized that others may have similar questions… This information comes from my own personal experience.)
(He’s been having spontaneous blissful experiences during meditation, which might be called “Kundalini Rising”…)
With the Kundalini, just go for it like you said, but don’t push or try to force it. If you get headaches, shift your meditation focus to moving from chakra to chakra, gently, in whatever order ( or lack thereof) feels right…
I still haven’t read much about Andromedans, but here’s my general approach to things: I think most of the material on the net is crap. It generally feels like either dis-info or fear-mongering, so I avoid it. I stay away from moderated sites, and read very few messages from others, because few resonate with me.
Once we each develop our own personal connection with our Highest Guides, we won’t need to read messages… We’ll have continuous coverage, so to speak!
I think few channelers have a method for checking their work, and despite their best intentions most of the messages seem questionable. Or just plain repetitive and vague.
For me, I got into this topic… I guess by the back door. My Guides asked me to step into it, and I think I understand why.
But the main goal is spiritual development, for me, because I believe some kind of big shift is coming. No one really knows when or how, because our actions every day alter the situation. So I try to give my energy only to positive endeavors…
I find I’m a lot happier and just as prepared, that way. I think many of us make assumptions that these beings are like us in terms of form and thought, but they’re not…
Sorry for rambling and spouting off… Does that help any?
Sheldan Nidle, anything from Ashtar Command, and any of the pseudo-military stuff leave me numb, and I avoid Icke, Fulford, Project Camelot, etc., because they just hang out in fear.
We have nothing to fear, we just need to do what we can to improve our minds… 🙂
(I apologize to anyone who might feel offended by these words… I may be wrong about it all, but I sure don’t feel that way right now, and I really don’t have the time for anything that doesn’t resonate with my fairly single-pointed focus at the mo’…)
